Warmed up for a mile then sped up to 7.5mph for a mile, slowed to 7.1 for half mile. Did 3x and 1m cool down. Felt good, battery in watch is low so not sure calories is accurate-says burned 343 but online calculator says 568 so maybe there's a happy medium. Felt good and contemplating a 20m race tomorrow. Getting more sleep so weight is dropping nicely as well. Very happy with that!
