A nice, warm and sunny day! Ran early this evening after crazy schedule today. Long story. Run felt good-wind from south and actually drove to Guinea Rd and ran the whole road. Pains in my knees so trying to stay off pavement.Wind at my back was nice to get back to car. 525 calories.
