Got to S&F Edge early so got 3 miles in before meeting with Michael. Toe on right foot still swollen but sneaker is roomy enough for it that it doesn't bother me too much running. Hurt after though. Of course, forgot to take more ibuprofen. Kept shoes off for rest of the day at work.
