Lifted yesterday so I'm hoping that's why scale is up as well because I went out for dinner last night and had tiramisu for dessert. The usual go to bed late and get up early doesn't help. Hoping longer run this morning will help jump start my weight dropping back down as well as eating at home. 476 calories burned. 572 calories total with lifting. 1:13:41
