Brooks Adenaline GTS 10 (#3)
Got up at 4am and at Stowe by 5:30. Ran on TM. Felt good and worked up little sweat. Watched TV. Lifted legs after and will make seperate weights entry. Need to get back on track with miles and diet!! Shooting for 125lbs!!
