Ran long again today. Per TP, threw in some 20 sec uphill strides. Did 6 total and incorporated them into my mileage. Did a couple as repeats. Wind crankin' out of the northwest so was tough getting back. Had GMAA dinner last night and went out after-belly wicked full and whole system is off so didn't even want to see the scale this morning. Skied a little this morning as well-supposed to be halfpipe comp but was canceled.
