Notes

Ran after Phil's Birthday brunch. An omelette, home fries, toast, salad and piece of flourless chocolate torte make for good long run fuel. Ran up and out Chapin and back for 20m and one lap around Logwood Circle for 21. Carried old, broken watch with me for the time. HR was messed up. Calories per watch are 1657, I calculated 1365.
