Nasty outside today so ran on the treadmill after work and before going to kareoke. Tried to make it challenging and less boring by mixing up the speed and incline. Gave myself a couple good hills to slow me don to walking up them. Achilles didn't bother me but calfs are tight and could really use a massage. Had a very interesting night which will be documented in my own journal.
