Long run today because working in Stowe tomorrow. Aliza bagged on me again-plans to do mtn run with Nick tomorrow. Oh well. Having an OK day. Only got blasted by Deb and unpleasant email from Jack. Not looking for date and GMAA board my friends too! Run was OK-went out Sandhill to Towers and to Chapin across to Old Stage and down to Rte 15 back to Sandhill. Then over to Saxon Hill trails and back home. GPS battery died, red button on watch is dying again. Calling it 20 even though 17.6 registered. Desk top downstairs has virus so can't download watch. Pain in my ass!!!
