Ran before going to Stoweflake Spa and using gift certificate for Sound Therapy treatment. Was interesting-don't know that I would pay money for it. Soaking in Mineral Pool after was fabulous-101 degree water! So nice to be warm! was actually sweating in pool! Lounged around reading a magazine, took shower, got dressed and went to Gracie's for dinner. Was a nice evening but may have been nicer with some company......
