TEMPERATURE: 60's
COMMENTS: Cool west wind blowing at Catamount today but once I got going then it was hot. Legs feel like lead-must be because I got all stressed before going. Ran with Jack and was not fun watching him bounce effortless along after having run VCM yesterday.
