Notes

Burned 585 calories. Finally did some hill repeats with Bob Ayers. Was nice to hang and run with him. Did 3 x .75m hill repeats on the dirt road. I walked a little on the 3rd one then we ran the blue course for a few more miles. I shared my Rooster Fish growler with everyone after and went to Monty's for dinner. Don't know why I keep going there since it's so expensive. Should have just gone home and saved my money for the weekend in Amhurst with Philip.
