Notes

Getting a few more miles in. Going on course backwards from where runners come from on first visit to 10 Bear. More big hills but fabulous views-wished for the camera. Went up a trail a little ways. As usual thought I went further than I actually did. Mapped it out on USATF site to get miles. Walked a bit with the hills.
