Ran this morning after getting home from early morning client. Unseasonably warm for January. Temps hit 60 degrees today. I ran in shorts and long sleeve shirt and was too warm with wind at my back. Tried to go easy but HR Monitor still not working right. VO2 Max test tomorrow morning-need to get to bed soon!
