Legs are just feeling dead! I think still sore from Sunday long run. Had 4m on training plan but ran 6m. No way do a couple intervals with only one mile to warm-up. Found nice path only a mile from hotel and not too bad to get to it. Goes through some nice neighborhoods and green space. Wasn't thinking straight and wore a long sleeve shirt that came off after the first mile because it's so warm out. Did 2 x 3/4 mile intervals with 1/4 m rest, 2m warm-up and 2m cool down. Ran 3/4 m in 6:11 and 6:23 (turned around on a hill).
