Ugh! Weight is going up! Not getting enough sleep and didn't go grocery shopping this week to get my own food.....will get back into the groove next week. Ran 2m in between doing weights for my own circuit training. also 2 less miles to run tonight to hopefully make 8m goal for the day. Knee is feeling OK. Total workout time was 52:16, 444 calories burned total.
