Notes

Running on a full tummy from lunch even though it's 4:30pm and lunch was 3 hrs ago. Had a huge ice cream cone for dessert. Running like a slug, luckily Dave was there to pull me along. Ran the back loop of the Fool's course, around the Ledges which tends to slow you down with the rocks and not wanting to trip and fall, people in the trail too so slow down for. Was a good run, salad for dinner and praying the scale isn't too ugly in the morning...
