Felt a little tired going up today. Definitely walked more this time than last week. Made it to top in 1:09:39, couple minutes slower than last time but not bad for walking more. Down took 33:58 which I think was faster than last week. Quads seemed in better shape-maybe because didn't do any squats or lunges before at work. Smart move on my part...
