COMMENTS: No clients this afternoon. Anne canceled and Sara was a no-show again. So got home quick to get a short run in. Wasn't cold but windy and almost dark so pushed the pace a little bit. Ran up chip hill, walked a little on gravel hill. ran all way up crosshill gravel and into corn field.
