Night before Thanksgiving. Boys have gone to their Dad's,home alone and decided wanted new Patagonia dress. Went to Alpine Shop and bought Margot dress in black and it looks awesome on me!! Missed running in the sun so went to OT and ran on treadmill. Went to Marshall's after and got tights to go with dress-now someplace to wear it,,,,
Forgot chest strap at home so ran unplugged. Kept incline from 0-2% changing every half or quarter mile and eventually sped up to 7mph or 8:24min/mile.
