Notes

Ran at Catamount. Started on yellow course to get into the woods sooner-cold wind-then got onto red and finished on yellow. Walked some of the hills-was going by time. Hopefully got close to 12m. HR lower than usual-am I really fit or just going slower than 10 min/mile?
