Notes

Burned about 387 calories if I weigh around 128. Went for 50 min and was challenging because it was windy. Felt good for cross training but legs were dead after when I went for run on around neighborhood. Need to get next three weeks planned out for me and for my client! and be disciplined about food! No gaining weight during taper!!!
