Ran by myself today from home. Ran up to Saxon Hill trails-did mid section, third section and Extendo. Then went around roads that loop around and back home. GPS measured 11m but I was going faster than that! I did walk some hills but not that badly. Weight is back down but just ate some brownie bread-shouldn't eat for the rest of the day now! :-) or go run some more....oh well, salad for dinner....
