It was great to be outside finally. This was a good workout. I legitimately feel like this is a workout where you are making great improvements. No noticeable knee problems either! The first half of the run was easy then the second half was a progression. At certain points during the progression we weren't going fast enough, but most of it was decent. When we hit skylane we took off. I made it a goal to stay up near the front and I did. I was happy that I pushed myself on the pickup. Overrall it was one of my best runs in the past month or so.
