First 4 miles easy and last 7 steady. It should be noted that while I log this as a progression it isn't a traditional progression since it's really just a steady run but it's easier than entering two separate workouts. We averaged 6:10 on the steady and were going about 6:00 the last 3 miles. I felt super good today. Since the holidays are over I've been eating healthier and I've also been very consistent with core and form work and I could feel the effects on today's run.
