Notes

5 easy; 3 steady; 2 m-pace. Felt pretty good but had some terrible chafing and I also ate a ton of food before this run. Closed in just under 6 minute pace. I didn't feel fatigued or sore today but I can tell that my legs didn't have the pop they usually do for the last 2 miles. Tomorrow we'll just run very easy and since saturday is a step back run I should be good.
