3x(5x30s @I Pace, 40s @Steady). Felt really good on this. It felt pretty easy I think most other Q workouts we do are harder. I could feel that it was more of a push at the end though. I think 40s at I pace and 30 at steady would make a big difference because then you spend more time at I pace than at steady. Either way it was a cool workout.
