Notes

I felt pretty dead on this. I decided not to run this morning because I knew we had our first interval workout of the season and considering how sore I felt last week with the introduction of new workouts and stresses I decided that I need to be careful not to overdo it. That's not to say that I won't make it a goal to hit between 65-70 miles this week -or more if I'm feeling good-but I also want to be cautious.
