Today just wasn't a good day for me. It was a little hotter today but otherwise good conditions. The best explanation I can think of is that I'm still tired from the meet. I think at this point my legs are just feeling tired. I have consistently been getting 8+ hours of sleep but I'm going to start logging it tonight to keep track of it. I have also been eating healthy since spring break ended(I ate healthy before then but now I'm really pushing it) and I'm down to 145 pounds from 150 which was the most I've ever weighed. I just feel like I should be able to knock out an lt workout as easily as it felt last time we did repeat miles but this felt so much harder. The good thing is that I was able to hit the right pace for every interval even though the last one felt really hard. I don't think it's anything I should really worry too much about because it's really just 2 cases of poor performance recently. I'll just focus on good recovery until the meet.
