Notes
This was a really good workout. I felt bad, I think I'm still recovering from the 13 miles on Saturday. But this was really legit. We were right on steady pace for the most part for the first 6 miles and it didn't feel as bad as I thought it would. It felt easy in a weird way but I was still feeling crappy today. I don't know how to describe it. Anyway, the 2 mile m pace was great. We ran it and I got it around 11:30 which proves how good of shape were in. It's a bit fast but not faster than tempo pace so it's all good. Tyler, Chris and I were together on the m pace part. I was hurting but I just tried to hang on, and I did. So overall I'm very happy with this. Even though I felt bad it was still a great steady run.
