Notes

3x(4x400 with 30 seconds rest) with 5 minutes rest between sets. Did these just faster than 5k pace. My idea is to do a specific pace workout like this every 2-3 weeks and work on increasing distance of reps and decreasing rest. Possible future ideas are: 3x(2x800 with 30 seconds rest) with 5 min rest, 4 miles alternating 800 5k pace, 800 tempo, and finally close to peak time 3x1 mile at 5k pace with as minimal rest as possible.
