Notes

Warmup, 6 Happy hollow hills, Cooldown. Felt pretty decent, but the hill is very twisty so it's hard to keep accelerating. Every time I do a hill workout in Lafayette I'm going to pick a different hill. Goal is to gradually and consistently increase distance of hill/number of hills done. Second workout this week will probably be a tempo or a progression with strides, still deciding.
