This was an alright workout. We averaged 5:16/mile for the reps which is way too slow. We should've been around 56-57 for each 300. Though we were slow, I think it was still an okay workout. I'd rather be slow than fast on this workout. The thing is, I don't think most fresh/soph understand that. I didn't really understand the purpose until a couple weeks ago and most fresh soph feel the need to go fast and really work on this workout.
