Easy run on my own. Went down old book road. I've been trying to reverse my kickback as I run; my feel still turn out like a duck a lot. I'm doing all the exercises I've been doing for years, but changing a habit that has become so ingrained is a really difficult thing to do. I bought a book about running form that will hopefully be able to help me a bit. I have been trying really hard to remain conscious of it as I run lately, and I think at times I almost over compensate and the opposite thing happens. I'll read the book and do some more research on it.
