Felt like absolute crap today. From the moment I woke up I could tell there was a lingering heaviness in my legs, and my fears were confirmed on the warmup. Struggled through 6 1200s and felt bad on them. Not awful but definitely south of okay. I spent almost all of yesterday on my feet and also totaled 15.5 miles of running so I'd assume that's why. I've also started controlling what I eat a lot more which I think is also a bit of a shock to my body. Nevertheless, got through this and am going to continue grinding.
