Notes

400,4x300,2x200. This workout is definitely not something that I ever really "kill" it on. I think I still ran pretty fast on all of these. I basically ran it all at 15s per 100. So 45 for the 300s and 30 for the 200s. I think that really feels like I'm moving and by the end I felt pretty spent. I think I'm improving at these kind of workouts though which is good.
