Notes

Jostled to the well, regrouped and got water, then got going on the progression. First mile was easy, then steady, then tempo for the last 2 ish. I felt amazing on this. It just felt so smooth to run as fast as we did and stay so relaxed. Closed in around 5:20ish for the last mile.
