New pr which is awesome. I'm happy with how I handled this mentally because I was trying to think positive stuff the whole time and each time I felt like dropping I basically said "I've got this". I want to go under 10 this season really bad and I've got to make it happen next time I run a 2 mile. This got out fast and I came through the mile in 4:56. There was still a pack for the most part there. The second mile was very slow so in the future I've got to focus on the second mile. Of course that's easy to say but hard to do.
