Pretty solid interval workout. These are always pretty easy. We did the first 4 pretty relaxed then tried to take the last 4 a little faster. It's very hard to get precise on these because a few seconds could make a big difference. I think we did a good job with pacing though. I tried to run as relaxed as I could.
