Notes

Felt really good today. I decided I was going to break in my racing flats a little bit so I did around 3 miles easy then I put on my flats and did one more mile. I'll log that separate just so I can keep the exact mileage listed for each shoe. At first my knees were sore but they improved after about half a mile. Hopefully this week I'll be back to full speed.
