Rode to dupage river park and did 2 wood loops. Biking on the wood loop trail is a really good workout. I was sweating pretty badly but that was also because of the heat. The trail wasn't too muddy but I bet the other single track trails are just about underwater. I don't think it would be worth it to try to bike on those ones so I just stayed on the wood loop trail. I rode at a moderately hard pace. I felt good today.
