Ran 2.5 easy at the beginning and end due to snow on our way to knock knolls. Once on modaff we averaged 6:15 for the steady. Ryan had to go to the bathroom and we saw a port-a-potty in the distance so we slightly extended the run. I felt pretty good today. So far I am doing fine with the higher mileage stuff, but if anything comes up I'll be cautious.
