Notes

Broke in my new racing flats. They felt great. I felt really efficient when I was running. They helped me land on my forefoot which in turn seemed to help my knees. I try to lad forefoot in my trainers but usually forget to keep on doing it and since they're heavy it's hard to keep changing to forefoot. For these flats it was so easy to land on my forefoot and it felt so much easier to run. I think I'm going to try to transition to lighter shoes with lower heel to toe offsets from now on.
