16 mile run with 6x30s thrown in in the 15th mile. Legs are still sore from lifting on Thursday. It's amazing how much I regressed in my strength during quarantine. I'm 15 pounds lighter than I was in March without tweaking my diet at all. I want to lift a lot now that the gym is open again, but I also don't think that will compliment my running so I need to find a balance.
