Pretty solid rep workout. We were hitting these close to what is good. It's hard to be 100% accurate but we aimed for 37. I felt good. The first one was too fast but we evened out after that. I'm really pumped for twilight and I think after today we proved to ourselves that we've got some big performances coming.
