Terrible. I was slow and my times got worse and worse as it went on. My left knee feels terrible too. I started off around 2:33, which was too fast. Then from there it got worse. I felt terrible and my next was 2:40, then 2:48, and finally 2:58ish. So I was almost angry about that. Then I realized that it really hurt to put weight on my left knee. My right knee feels almost perfect but my left felt terrible. So I obviously wasn't smart going into this workout. I just really hope that my knee recovers by the meet on wednesday.
