So these were too fast. Especially in the heat. I didn't know at the time but we were hitting them way too fast. The Jack Daniels calculator says that 39 seconds would be ideal so we'll do that next time. I just thought we were supposed to go 3 seconds faster than our mile pace per 200 so that would've put us around 35 or 36. Nonetheless, I felt good on these. The heat wasn't too bad because we got water every 2 reps and the jostle was a nice recovery.
