Notes

Went to the y and rode on a spinner bike. Did a ten minute warmup then 8x2:30 hard, 2:30 easy, then a 10 minute cooldown. The third interval felt the easiest and the first two felt the hardest. I thought that was a little odd since they were all the same level.
