Notes

Good enough long run. It wasn't easy pace but that's okay. I felt good enough. My knees were pretty good but my achilles were still sore afterwords. I've been doing some pt like excercises for my achilles and that seems to help. There was a 5 minute pickup at the end that felt okay. I didn't go close to as fast as I could've since it's so early in the winter. Overall it was a solid workout.
