Notes

First day back! Happy to report no knee problems. It was so great to be running again. Afyerwords I did some more excercises at the trainers and stretched out. Tomorrow the plan is to do 40-45 minutes then go to the trainers when I get back. Hopefully this week I'll be back to full speed.
